Public Art Consultating
At OnlyUP, we curate, commission, and create site-specific artworks and community engagement projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. If you are a Developer, own or manage a food hall, coworking space, apartment building, plaza, or park, we can help you produce unique creative activations with intention.
If you have money allocated for an art and culture project because of an art in public places impact fee we can help you save money and get more value out of your funds. We will manage your Art in Public Spaces fees or art requirements/needs of a project from start to finish, with our core values of creativity, excellence, and innovation.

● We work with every client to curate and design art of any scale that is unique to the project’s location, designing art that
works seamlessly with the architectural vision. Whether it be celebrating a locale’s history (and hopes for the future), or
creating interactive art to drive passive social media marketing goals -- we are in the business of listening to your needs
and exceeding expectations.
● We have a wide network of diverse, extremely talented freelance artists and craftspeople within the OnlyUp team. These
artists are specialists in their crafts and share in OnlyUp’s vision for artistic excellence and innovation. Whatever your
project needs, we have an artist who can make it come to life. Many of these artists are up and coming in the wider art
scene of the Bay Area (and beyond) and can offer a truly unique installation that no other locale will have.
If you have no idea what to do or what the community would get excited about? We will research and assess your site and give suggestions for potential projects, including a budget, timeline, and specific artists who we recommend for the project. This will get you ready to implement your art or culture project with peace of mind. The best place to start is to tell us about your project by filling out this FORM.
