At OnlyUP, we curate, commission, and create site-specific artworks and community engagement projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. If you are a Developer, own or manage a food hall, coworking space, apartment building, plaza, or park, we can help you produce unique creative activations with intention.
If you have money allocated for an art and culture project because of an art in public places impact fee we can help you save money and get more value out of your funds. We will manage your Art in Public Spaces fees or art requirements/needs of a project from start to finish, with our core values of creativity, excellence, and innovation.
